Vanton Pump & Equipment Corporation
Chemical Resistant Engineered Thermoplastic Pumps
Vanton builds engineered thermoplastic pumps for corrosive, hazardous, abrasive, and ultrapure liquids. Wetted components are solid homogeneous thermoplastics, so there is no metal contact with the pumped fluid and no lining to fail. Sealless and mag-driven configurations eliminate mechanical seal leakage paths on aggressive services. The pedigree runs deep: Vanton developed the first all-plastic pump in 1950, serving the first heart-lung machine, and its Flex-i-liner sealless self-priming rotary pump became an industry standard for corrosive and contamination-free transfer. Every pump is factory tested hydrostatically and operationally before shipment. RE Merrill has represented Vanton in Texas for more than 30 years.
